Four Move Checkmate Part 1: The Moving Of The Pawns
Many moons have sunk since men
Last had something they should fear
Stalking their steps, tracking their cries
And slaughtering them all for the sake
Of warming the hearts of their masters
While their wives prepare eagerly
For the moment they can become one with
Those who will seek their reward
In the ways that make morality crumble
While the night consumes the day
We shall consume your ambition
To protect the children you bear
(For they will become our sons)
To be infatuated with the daylight
(For the moon will become your god)
The armor on our chest will be stained
Red with the blood of our enemy's
As they are released from the ties
This world made with them upon birth
And are sent to judgment before
Those they were too ignorant to see
In their pointless existence here
Perhaps they'll have more mercy then we
For we'll be the end of them all...
While the night consumes the day
We shall consume your ambition
