The court scene in A Few Good Men will always be the most memorable in my book.

A Few Good Men and Kramer Vs. Kramer exemplify what a courtroom scene should be in my eyes and I don't think I can pick one over the other

i have a hard time picking between A Few Good Men and In the Name of the Father. ulitimately, Emma Thompson wins me over. She was absolutely heart-wrenching in those final moments. It is no easy task to win most memorable scene in a Daniel Day Lewis movie, for a scene that does not involve Daniel Day Lewis.

I picked up In The Name of the Father a few weeks ago, but haven't been able to watch it yet.

before cross examination by the prosecution, Marty provokes aaron to the point where he grows angry and becomes the murderous alter ego, Roy(that we find out later doesn't exist after all) and attacks the prosecuter

It's okay, there are just so many movies to pick from. I thought I'd throw that one in there because I always loved it. Thank You For Smoking has a pretty great court room scene.

As much as I love To Kill A Mockingbird, A Few Good Men has one of the best courtroom climaxes ever. Love that movie.

The most recent government scandal and one still on-going involves Creek County District Judge Donald D. Thompson. Judge Thompson is alleged to have masturbated and used a so called penis pump while on the bench and presiding over both jury and non-jury trials, including trials for first degree murder.

Best courtroom climax.

Boondock Saints?

I may be pushing it a little bit there but thats what i thought of, i mean, ive always loved the ending scene and the monologue there and stuff, maybe its just me going with the cult classic.

I personally thought the courtroom scene in To Kill A Mockingbird was portrayed very well. Gergory Peck was the perfect fit for Atticus.
