Is RAGC music avaliable anywhere besides iTunes?

I don't have iTunes and don't want to get it, but I really want to buy The Bitter End. Is there anywhere I can get it besides a show or itunes? Thanks

oh, or if someone is planning on going to a MO show I could give them money and they could ship me the album.

Nope, i don't do torrents or anything, so I want to get the physical cd. a place to buy the mp3s would be cool too.
