Hello everyone! Yet another week gone by. I went to the Story of the Year show on Tuesday which was very good. I was supposed to see Mae and Copeland last night, but the show got cancelled. Tonight I will be attending The Bled/The Kinison/Murder By Death/Poison The Well show in Denver. I'm so excited to see The Bled for the third time. Well, below are some bands I'm really digging at the moment. Enjoy!

Ariel Kill Him (http://www.arielkillhim.com) - I have no idea how I've spent that past 4 years not knowing about Ariel Kill Him. This is some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard and this guy needs to be checked out as soon as possible. He is by far one of the best musicians today and I know once his record is released in the US in March, he'll get huge!
Lenore (http://www.lenorerocks.cjb.net) - A new local band out of Denver. As you know, hardcore isn't my forte, but this band took me away with them! They definitely have the raw sound that people will like and they need to be heard.
Steel Train (http://www.steeltrainrock.com)
Justin Timberlake (http://www.justintimberlake.com) - I'm serious...I think this guy is awesome and I'm in love with his album.

People...stop crying! These are obviously not recommendations since majority of the bands posted here each week are pretty well known amongst everyone else. These are just artists I like, and yes, Justin Timberlake is one of them. It's not a big deal. It's not like I'm posting news on him, this is just my musical taste. It's not that big of a deal.

Ahh scene kids and their online identities.... its ok to be a badass...as long as it's online. Anyway, I often wonder why some people even post. Is it so hard to just accept this ONE PERSON for the picks that they put up. It's their opinion and what they are listening to and suggesting. There is nothing in here that says you HAVE TO LISTEN to the picks. So just let it go. Whether this is absolutepunk, absolutebooks, or absoluteanything it shouldn't matter what they pick. They are simply letting us know what they themselves are listening too. Anyway... I dont think the kids on this site will ever understand that people are entitled to their own likes and dislikes....
