Well I turned 20 this past weekend, on Thursday. I've been wasted the past four days, and it has been good. I saw Park and Counterfit on Friday night, with my friend Alex. Good times were had, but if i talk about who I hang out with I'll only regret it. You know how it goes. Anyways... music accompying me while being wasted has been:

Recover (http://www.killrecover.com) - Demos... Sorry Tate, Dave and the rest of the world, but my Recover demos beat your Fall Out Buy demos. I like the lyrics to the song "Slower". "She lies awake cause she can't sleep next to me, I think she's looking for a way out. I can hear you calling me... I will come while you sing over me".

Slowreader - LP - Buy it on Fueled By Ramen records. Amazing album.

Foo Fighters - The Colour and The Shape - Dave Grohl's the man, think about it... He's like "Yeah, i used to be in Nirvana. Oh yeah i've got this other band called the Foo Fighters that I play in sometimes. What's that... yeah I played drums on the Queens Of The Stone Age record. Oh.... haha yeah I played drums on the Tenacious D record. What? I tracked the Queen of the Stone Age record in one take." Anyways... Dave Grohl is everything a musician could be, he fucking rocks.

Listen to The Aphex Twin.

Oh and Saosin has no idea what Jason Tate is talking about....Saosin isn't ready to announce shit yet... Oh and Jive? Haha. Right.

Jon, where did the competition come from with these demos. Which one of us ever said that the recover demos weren't good or anything like that. none of us have even heard them. if we had, we'd probably like em just as much as you do.

screw Jive and Victory, place Saosin on EQV where they belong.....thats where all the bands that rule the earth are located.....and i hope to hell that they dont go to Ferret, dont wanna even get started on that subject

don't forget Dave Grohl's other band Probot (featuring guy(s) from slayer). also theres a rumor going around that if Led Zeppelin do a reunion, Grohl's gonna be on drums.

There's no competition Dave, I was just kidding around. But the new Recover record shreds, and I still don't think a lot kids understand how great Recover is yet. They're the next Nirvana. I'm just commenting that I'm more stoked on Recover than Fallout Boy. But, Hey, now we're both plugging bands that are on major labels right? Pretty ironic. No hard feelings Dave. Sorry if I bummed you out.

P.S. Drink until you throw up. It's awesome.

You are a real tool. Way to give picks and include your own band in it acting as if you were an outside source writing up an editorial. It might be ok if your band didnt suck. Man you're lame.
