Rolling Stone doesn't know what the hell they're talking about. "Guilt Show" is such a good record. The Get Up Kids are finally back at it again. This album is definitely gonna be another classic like "Something To Write Home About". I would give it more than 2 stars.

rolling stone should stick with what it's good at: putting scantily clad women on the cover, and promoting trendy throwback hipster bands.

Something to Write Home About is my least favorite of their records (and I believe worst for a number of reasons)...Guilt Show is not good. It's completely undecided and seems to lack any attempt at intelligent lyrics. I would've loved a record that followed On a Wire the right way, getting a little folkier, with some up beat pop, but this is a step in the wrong direction. It still has some good songs, but overall I think a 2 is deserving.

Rolling Stone sucks. Period. They're just very, very closed-minded in their reviews.

I find the best mainstream reviews come from Spin and Blender (which gave this album 3/5).

For the most accurate look at pretty much every album ever though look at www.allmusic.com They're really, really good.

Yeah I give it a B. I actually liked On A Wire better for the most part. Though this one is great too.

In my opinion though the new amsterdams newest is by far better than both of those.

i totally agree with what "venus/bacchus" said.

also, it is common knowledge that rolling stone and other major publications give reviews based on how much ad space and any other sponorships by record labels, how else would they give limp bizkit a three or four out of five for a record? (that's being extremely generous) it's just another method of advertisement for record labels, good reviews equals more sales. "on a wire" was only given three stars i believe, which was a crime, as it deserved four.

Yeah, I just checked my email and Tower said they shipped my autographed pre-order Guilt Show yesterday. Two thumbs up for Tower, and two thumbs up the ass for Rolling Stoners.
