Can someone tell me who actually is in Head Automatica, and when a CD release is?

I KNOW Daryl from Glassjaw is a part of the band. But I've also heard Vinnie from The Movielife and two dudes from Give Up The Ghost.

Yeah.............I mean I downloaded the whole cd off mIRC and it was ok, not to bad; but there isn't like any background at all I know about this band..........
