I tried to watch that show last night, but it was horrible, not to mention a complete ripoff of Twilight.

i think it is more similar to twlight - the vampires are "hidden" and the acting is not that good. but it's not a ripoff of twilight either, considering it came first. i wasn't that impressed with the pilot though.

Yeah, I guess that's true, but some of the other vampires showed strong emotions throughout the series. Maybe it was because Edward hadn't had love in his life like the others had, so he didn't know how to express it.

I'm new to this thread, but that's not the point for this thread. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I've been a fan of Twilight for a long time, I've read the first book and the second book. I'm now reading the third book in the series. I enjoyed the first book so much more than the second book, and I'm now loving the third book just as much as the first one. I'm almost done reading the third book, then I'll continue onto reading the last book. :)

The Twilight movie was pretty good, I can't wait to see New Moon! It looks amazing! I have yet to see the new trailer for it that was shown at the VMA's, I think it was at the VMA's? Now sure...but I'm pretty sure that this new movie will be even bigger then the last one, in my opinion. :)

Perhaps but the hate is minimal compared to all the Twilight hype. Brutal kids won't like it more because there's more blood in it.
