not for me it's not, I don't understand how they always seem to make almost (if not every) "sleep mix" there are like maybe 5 DCFC songs that you could probably maybe try and attempt to sleep to.
Maybe everyone is just an easy sleeper and I'm not.. but I can't sleep to anything with words in it, get's me distracted.. haha

Stars of the Lid is great to fall asleep to. Eluvium also works. I haven't fallen asleep to music in so long though, but those are two that I actually have fallen asleep to.
I used to listen to The Postal Service, but that was only for the first month that I had that album, now I know the words to well. The same goes with Bright Eyes.

Seriously, want help getting to sleep? Classical music is the best solution. A couple of weeks ago iTunes had a deal whereby you can get 100 classical songs for £4.75. It's since been pulled down, which is a shame, but since I got it I've been playing songs at night and it works better than anything I've ever tried.

I can't fall asleep listening to music. It just makes me more awake.
Although I would like to add that I firmly believe that the best time to listen to music is at night in the dark because your hearing becomes your most heightened sense and to me it just increases the musical experience ;-)
