Ehhhh in the summer? With sweat and whatnot? Your natural hair oils are actually really good for your hair though. I think the longest I've gone is like 3 days when I was in a cast and I had a tendency to fall over and hit my head in the shower a lot.

back when I was in middle school and had shoulder length hair, I went months without washing it. I just didn't care how I looked, sadly.

But now that I'm more like a human being, I use shampoo and conditioner everyday unless on tour which then it's how often we stay at someone's house.

otherwise you can put your hair up in a bun or something and like lean your head back.
