Cool Feature with Windows Media Player

For those of you who have and/or use windows media player load up some songs on there and where the little bar moves along with the song showing you the position on the far right there's a little button with two arrows on it, click it once and play the track, it speeds it up 2x but it doesn't distort the song where its annoying or unlistenable. Try it with brand new's deja entendu or one of your favorite bands its pretty neat to hear the songs faster.

its not hard, its just on that little trackbar at the bottom right hand, just look for a button that has this >> on it

I clicked that..it didn't do anything. Maybe I have an out dated player.

lol yeah, it doesn't do anything but you can tell when you're playing the song it speeds it up

i wouldn't see why you would if the feature is on the one you have but updating software is always a plus

last semester, my statistics lectures were online because there's like 10,000 kids enrolled in the class, and i used to watch them on double speed.. i could go through like 10 in two days, it was great

nah, not at all because my professor talked really slow, and so when i sped it up, it was just a little bit faster than normal speed
when she wrote though, whoa. it kept my attention though.

Do you see a little box above the little symbol where it has if you are playing it, pausing it, etc? Click on that, the enhancements, and the speed...then move the bar to two.

No, I don't see any box above the play, stop, ect. buttons....I'm obviously retarded...
