Pure brilliance. I loved the first LP, the second one took a little bit, but I love it even more than the first. It's actually probably one of my most listened to CDs.

I just wrote an album review for SILYAYD, but both albums are some of my favorites of all time. Definitely one of my top 5 fave bands, and Cody really is an awesome guy, I talked with him before one of his solo shows and he was chill.

If Gates is going to be on the new record, then I know for sure that they finished mixing the album. They've been posting blogs on it, but not going into detail. I'm going to guess that it comes out well before summer starts. Come Now Sleep is one of my all time favorite records, so even a continuation of that would not be a dissapointment for me. TJ doing some guest vocals would be amazing, bringing back that intensity from Son, I Loved You At Your Darkest, although CNS had an intensity of its own.

I am so stoked for this album. Son and CNS were absolutely amazing. I'm kind of sad that "Gates" isn't on the album. Also, I think the new artwork is really cool and totally unexpected, but Son has the best artwork hands down.

It sounds slightly different from what I would have expected, but not by much. Hearing that just made me more excited for the new album.

ok i've listened to it a few more times. i think it has the potential to grow on me. i liked what i heard from the guitar, but i'm disappointed that this song in general doesn't have much going on guitar-wise. that's a big reason i usually like their sound. the chorus is weak too and cody doesn't seem to challenge himself vocally in the song, which kinda sucks. i'm mad the podcast faded out the song into the background when the song was becoming interesting. i'd like to hear the rest of it because the bridge sounded pretty cool there underneath all that talk.

Come Now Sleep was an amazing cd...regardless of whether you listened to the band before that. I'm just saying I have a lot of respect for them after hearing their musical progression with time. I love their guitar tones and guitar work on all of their albums...that's always been staple for me.
