I'm trying to make something out of a few like minded notes and ideas I scribbled down while at work. I tried to work them together for some sort of a consistent flow/theme, but It's obviously choppy. If you have any suggestions on what you would think would sound better together; whether its changing imagery, words, whatever... anythign you think would make it better because I am officially stuck for now.
I appreciate it in advance.

It's a desicion I made but can't rely on

And I know that you're scared and you'd normally not dare

Your burning tears and lonesome heart will cease to be
A part of you once I replace him with a tender kiss and phone call
It will happen and it'll happen fast if you feel half of what I can
When I play with your hair, stroke your skin or hold your hand
Yesterday was the best of my summer so far
Wasting time getting eaten alive while we sat outside our car
I only wish I could end every night with you
But you're all tied up inside and I'm dying to break through
