Yellowcard recently hit the studio with Mike Green (Over It, The Matches) to record a cover of Lagwagon's Violins. Where will it appear? Guess only time will tell.
PS: Ocean Ave. has gone Gold. :tounge:

Hey, while we're on non-album YC songs, does anyone happen to have or know where I can here 'Hey Mike' (aside from the tour ep?)
Mike Green sucks, if anyone heard the Normal Like You EP, you would understand. He made 3 out of the 4(didnt record the 5th song) songs sound like shit, and dont tell me its not his fault, because the demo versions of all the songs sounded 10 times better....

You cant talk shit on Mike Green. He is the man. Not only does he do phenominal work, but he's the nicest, hardest working producer I've ever met.. and he lets me crash on his couch when Im in LA. I love you long time Mike.
im sure mike is a nice guy cause i keep hearing good things about him...but his work with NLY was terrible, and dont knock on the band because the band is great...they had a 3 song demo(2 of the songs are on the new one) and that sounded amazing. I dunno maybe mike was drunk while recording nly cause he sure messed something up...
And Jason for being in the business for as long as you have been in, its amazing to see you post about bands like halifax and name taken and how great they are and SKIP normal like you...nly will get big, they have more talent than both those bands together...

im talking about the 3 song demo they did not release not the old 11 song lp

you are a MORON my friend...i just lost any respect i had for you. Name Taken is not a good band...their song writing is decent but the vocals are horrible. Maybe thats why they are on fiddler with the rest of the shitty bands on there(except for the bled and recover). On the other hand normal like you is genius. they have a bigger crowd they appeal too, not just the emo ***s that walk around with their tight jeans, long hair, and black band shirts. When NLY is huge you will eat your words...and another thing, unless you heard the old 3 song demo(chances are you havent but who knows) i wouldnt talk too much...

what would i be bitter about? And what does Nural have to do with anything? SInce you say they suck, tell me one person that has a better voice than the singer of Nural...Either way when both bands will prove themselves i dont need to argue with uninformed idiots(not talking about Jason, hes just got bad taste).
