have you ever been in a situation or witnessed something that just makes you realize how naive you are? i don't consider myself a sheltered person but last night i went to this club downtown that's supposed to be uber hip and as i was in the bathroom washing my hands, a pack of girls stroll up and start snorting coke
it was all i could do to keep from staring and then i realized, wow, i really haven't seen anything have i

i was at a party with these dudes and one of them thought it would be a good idea to play russian roulette,i was like maybe we could do one round but they said we'd have to go till someone died,and they weren't fucking around.
that's the one time where i stopped and said damn y'all are crazy motherfuckers,i should have left then but i didn't by the end of the night i ended up with a fractured right orbital bone (in other words my cheek broke off from itself and went through my sinus and was pushing against my eye.
besides that i don't think i've been all that naive.

Once I was at an overnight Ensemble Choir retreat at the choir director's house, and in the middle of the night, me and two other boys were sleeping on the porch. Well one of them decided it had been a few too many hours since the last time he had gotten high. So, he stepped off the porch and smoked a bowl. To a lot of you guys that probably sounds like nothing, but it was a big deal to me, because I've made a life choice to stay away from that kind of lifestyle, and had actually been lucky enough to have never even witnessed it up to that point. It was really horrifying for me to listen to him choke as his body tried to reject the drug. The smell lingered with me all night, and I could hardly sleep.

My friends prom is in two weeks. She had a big drug problem a few years ago but she hasn't touched alcohol or drugs for like 2 years. Then she tells me the are renting laser tag after the prom and drinking tons of shit and getting really wasted. I just didn't think she was that kind of person, so yea, I'm in that situation now.

Sounds like Cameran from TRW at that club where people were doing coke and she was shocked.

Unfortunately, I was around that shit in high school all the time. So far, nothing I have encountered at a has phased me.

I was at a house party in the middle of the damn woods one night and these kids on the front porch were all messed up on dust. This kid walked up to my friend, looked her dead in the eye, and said, "hit me in the face as hard as you can." I did everything I could to not laugh at him because who knows what he would do. His boy was sitting on the ground talking about how he loves to eat human livers. It was a strange place.

you are naive and apparentlly very sheltered...........that ain't rejection his body was up to, coughing when your blazing will get ya lifted more. ;)

Yea, I was in a situation where my roomie and I finally decided to attend a party for once in our lives and this kid was in the corner of the room rollin' a joint and then ended up asking me for a lighter, which I didn't have one, and apparently found someone else with one and lit that shit up. That was probably the first time I've ever witnessed anything like that and that was this year, during my sophomore year of college. The only funny thing was that as soon as the smell flowed through the room tons of guys were running to the corner where that kid was. The smell was making me sick. :P

I'm much like Brenton in the fact that I've chosen to stay away from that kind of lifestyle as well. So I am probably very naive to the fact that stuff like that goes on. Oh well! :)
