I have this keyboard (I know it's nothing special but I got it for free) I wanna know how I record it with MIDI onto my computer and how I would record it through an interface. Thanks..

Price range? Features you want/need? How many keys?
Are you saying you want a built in audio interface?
I have an Edirol PCR-800. The PCR series are very nice midi keyboards in my opinion. Really nice synth action; it doesn't feel plasticy.

No, I've heard you can record in an audio inteface (Mobile Pre USb) with keyboard and it will come out decent. And I would like to know how MIDI works on a computer/how to hook it up etc. I posted the type of keyboard I already have

MIDI is totally unrelated to audio. It's computer data. Your MIDI controller would make no sound of it's own, it only sends out data that your computer will send to a synth module (hardware or software) and that makes the sound.
Many MIDI controllers connect directly to your computer via USB so the audio interface isn't necessary for recording the sound unless you're using a hardware synth module.
Many interfaces have MIDI inputs so you can use it that way as well, but you have to use a wall plug to power it which can be less than ideal.
