I got a chance to check out The Beautiful Mistake (http://www.thebeautifulmistake.com)'s new video for "This Is Who You Are", and all I have to say is that it's such a great video. Get ready to see it all over the place in the next month. Also, be sure to pick up the bands new record (This Is Who You Are) on April 6th. It contains a completely different feel and will impress everyone who wasn't into the band before.

Kamtin, here's my mini-story. I downloaded "light a match" (not the album, but the song) and i really liked it and saw them with brand new.. thought they put on a good show so i bought the album but i wasnt too impressed. I thought they were good but kind of.. repetitive.. but over and over i hear the new cd is nothing like the last one, and its just totally different and much better. Is this really all true? And do you know where I can hear some of the new songs?

very different .. very good .. no more screaming, more epic - almost FSF sort of feel to some of the songs.

so does this mean that if we really liked them before, we'll hate them now?

They are not that much different...there is less screaming, which doesn't bother me too much since the screaming was always kind of iffy with these guys...but if you liked "Light a Match for We Deserve to Burn" you should like this one...

the music itself i totally different on this album, along with the vocals...

it's like a whole new band.

i liked the first cd a lot more than this new one.
