Yeaup, sounds like a good plan..

Anyways, I'm sure they will have plentiful editors.

For those who posted, not knowing if you should contact us (RisingStarsInc.com (http://RisingStarsInc.com) or not...

You should!

Honestly, I am the Editor, Webmaster, Owner...and the only editor at that. That's why I'm looking for more writers, reviews and such so that I don't have to do a lot of the writing anymore...and I can concentrate 100% on updating and editing the site.

So even if you have spelling or grammar mistakes I am willing to work with everyone. There are spell checkers in most everyone's email programs and in word or works programs. So if you use that before sending your work, that would be less editing needed. But like I said, I do work with everyone.

I'm only 22 now, and I have been doing this since I was 16. I started the site because no one would allow me to write for their sites/mags. I decided to do it myself and make my own mark in the industry. I'm proud of where it's gone and I hope that I can help others move toward their goals. Everyone has to start somewhere...and why not move toward your own goal that you have dreamed of for so long?

I just wanted to say thanks to you all who have contacted RSI to try to fill the positions.

We can still use a few more people...mainly news correspondents, artist database coordinator - and we can never have to many reviewers of course.

The info for these positions are below. If interested at all, or just have questions about them or our site in general, email me at info@risingstarsinc.com

/////////POSITIONS

News Correspondents
Will be in charge of updating the news page of RSI on a normal basis (if
not daily at least 3-4 times a week) No experience is necessary.

Artist Database Coordinator
Will be in charge of adding new artists to the database. An artist page
includes one photo, biography and official website link. Must have some
history in basic HTML (hand coded in Notepad or Crimson Editor)

Review / Interview Contributers
If you're passionate for new music and like writing, we'd love it if you'd
write an article for us. If a band happens to be in your area, let us know
so that an interview can be set up. You will be able to interview the band and if you'd like, and possibly take photos of the event as well. Feel free to write an album review, single review or artist/concert review and submit it to us via the review submission form, or if you'd prefer, contact us first about what you have in mind and we'll let you know what we think.
