Help a great environmental cause

I never get receipts when there's an option (i.e., at the gas station, at convenience stores). Also, recycled printer paper ftw!

good idea, I saw ikea charging people to use plastic bags. I thought that was a good idea to reduce its use.

My dad's an accountant so I automatically save all my receipts and file them. But now that I think about it that's really only because most stores automatically print out the receipt so it's just going in the trash if I don't take it. I'm going to go sign the petition.

A few states have actually outlawed plastic bags. Freaking CHINA has outlawed plastic bags, I don't know why it is so difficult for a developed nation to (though now that I think about it, I use them for trash can liners. I'd be fucked if we banned them, haha)

yeah china banned them because it saved them a ridiculous amount of oil which was used to produce the bags.

at the grocery stores (Wegmans) they have reusable shopping bags made out of some cool material so you don't need to waste paper or plastic. its a great idea thats starting to catch on.
