i check there every now and then to look at the reviews section, that's about it

I read the reviews/features concerning artists I enjoy. Otherwise, I skim the daily scores and brace myself for the inevitable thread on AP about any band scoring a 9 or greater.

I read it in addition to, but not nearly as often as AP. Sometimes they'll have some legit news, or bands that they'll cover on there are good. I'm not a big fan of their review scores though.
