Last night at the Finch, Counterfit, Beta Factor (http://www.purevolume.com/betafactor) and The Fall Project (http://www.thefallproject.net) show in San Diego, Finch played 7 new songs, and they only mentioned the name of one of them which was titled 'Ink.' Marc from Counterfit was handling drumming duties for them as well. Also, don't forget these guys are playing The Glasshouse in Pomona, CA tonight.

I wish they'd get in the studio and record that album already.

I have to admit that if all i had heard was the shitty quality demos they have on their purevolume.com i probably wouldn't think they were that "good" either... but I love this band, they put their heart and soul into their song writing, and recording. They aren't embarrassed of their art. I love this band, and yeah... Beta Factor kicked ass last night. They will shred tonight. Also, the Fall Project is awesome too.

50/50 on that... Pappas was the coolest member, because I honestly think he had the most talent... His skill was just awesome when you saw him live, so technical... even when he filled in for the Movielife (RIP) @ Asbury Warped couple years ago...

the new songs were pretty good actually...its not the finch you all know but i think you will like the new jazz. last nights show was pretty good...well, ok ill be honest...something happend to finches live show, no stage presence at all and i got bored after about 4 songs...they played something like 20 and about mid way i couldnt wait for them to stop playing. dont get me wrong theyre a great band but i guess they are just too "last year" for me. or perhaps i am tottally spoiled after seeing norma jean live...if you wanna see a live show that you will never forget...see norma jean live. they make finch look like a 2 months old garage pop punk band.
