I don't normally even watch golf, but my dad insisted that I sit down and watch the final round today. I can't say I've ever cheered at the television while watching golf, but today changed that. Congrats to him. He deserves it.

I was so exited when Phil made that final putt, I think I jumped as high as he did! Really congrats to him, he's been 2nd and 3rd too many times. Oh and did anyone notice Mike Weir's comment when he gave Phil his green jacket.. One lefty to another :)

I played in a tournament last summer with Casey Wittenberg, the 19 year old who finished 13th at the masters, and i can honestly say he is a major prick. nobody in golf likes him, which is why he wasn't shown on tv.

also the fact that nobody cared what he shot, the whole show was on Phil and Ern for the most part.. plus his hair is really ugly, sorry i had to say it, i just couldn't concentrate on what he was saying.. but only on his big ugly hair, thank god they stopped talking to him and went over to Phil

even so, they didn't even show him on the course. when matt kuchar and ricky barnes played in the masters as amatuers they got a ton of tv time because they have an engaging personality that would make them attractive to watch. wittenberg doesn't even look like he is having fun or is even greatful for the oppurtunity

I've been watching golf my whole life and I can honestly say that this was definitely one of the best 4th rounds I've ever seen. Phil totally deserved that. Congrats to him on winning and for having such an incredibly good-looking wife.
