It's reasonable to be annoyed. When one of my friends started ditching me and the rest of our "clique," we just started ignoring her. When she wasn't hanging out with her boyfriend and wanted to hang out with us we would just tell her we had plans. Eventually, her boyfriend dumped her though, so it only went on for six weeks or so.

What you should really do is talk to her and tell her how you feel. If she's really your friend, she should understand. If she isn't, well, her boyfriend will probably eventually dump her and she'll come crawling back to you anyway.
