You know it's funny, I saw the trailer for this several weeks ago and didn't think it looked that bad. Then I watched the original film from the 50s and was amazed at how well it holds up and how wonderfully entertaining it is considering all the bad sci-fi movies from that era. Having just watched the trailer again; this movie is most likely going to be awful. The story appears to be executed entirely differently despite the fact that in terms of creating a relevant remake, this is one of the easiest films to remake for modern audiences. Unfortunately . . .
