My band, The Cafe Kids recently self recorded and produced an album and it would be sweet if you checked it out, and leave some feedback good or bad if you want to!

okay, i read the blog post- bailmeout13, you have to use your pc's default browser to download it, for example if you're on windows you have to use IE
no idea why, but it worked with IE

Finally got it downloading, thanks to goodnewsgeorge for mentioning that I have to use safari. I'll have a listen eventually this week.

About half really fun songs, and half forgettable ones imo. Picture Perfect is the standout. All in all, good work.

Yeah I can agree with that! Although Picture Perfect is not one of my faves. Some of the lyrics just make me want to cringe though

the singer sounds kinda familiar.. abit like houston calls? haha
anyway its pretty solid album, just suffering in production cos the music sounds abit hollow to me

favorite tracks: education, last year, picture perfect, and girl/friend

keep it up :)

I'm currently downloading and listening to stuff from your Myspace. It's pretty good, the stuff I've listened to so far reminds me of The Academy Is... sort of. I'm looking forward to hearing the whole album shortly.

We recorded at a couple of houses just using SM57's and some drum mics, and we used pro tools and logic to record on and mix with!

If we had an once of talent that Kenny and the rest of them have then I would be so happy. I would say we sound more like MCS or something, although I don't think we "sound" like anyone else..
