There have been rumors flying around that Cartel (http://www.cartelrocks.com) have signed to The Militia Group. Though, nothing has been confirmed as of yet, there are a few clues hinting to the truth behind these rumors. The band will be opening for Copeland and Lovedrug (both on TMG) later this week, and TMG is the only label linked on the bands website. Let's hope this is true because they could be another great edition to a great label.

The Ransom EP is the ultimate summer CD. Hope they get signed soon.

I am obsessed with the song Luckie St. and Militia Group is a great label so I hope this is true.

where did this rumor come from? its kinda cool, but unfortunately not true. i just happen to be friends with Rory, if you can consider that signing, then we signed a long time ago. Thank you so much for anyone who has posted positive things about us, we sincerely appreciate it!

CARTEL is not with militia group... at the moment. they are a good band and good guys with a future ahead of them. i met them at thier cd release show with IN PASSING. everyone should check them out. they just released a new record. they were really nice guys and put on a good show as well.
