FUCK!!! I love subsidized testing. The TAKS (also known as the Texas Assesment for Knowledge and Skills), which was put into effect this year is total bullshit; last year or actually the year before we had the TAAS, which wasn't a total blow off test, it wasn't really amazingly hard, but now we have the TAKS test which is complete bullshit, its like a test thats supposed to trick you, seriously I don't have any problem doing or taking it, I just hate what rests upon it. The TAKS test according to the state of Texas makes every answer for every question a possible answer, well thats fucking retarted, because I mean what if two schools teach how to do some math equation different ways but one way won't work a certain way or it will come out a little different or something. I took the math portion today and went through and wrote about 15 little statements about questions on what they could do to fix the questions, and what not. Have the questions had the words; maybe, probably, possibly; stuff like, what could possibly be an answer. I don't know I just think its retarded because now, all the special ed kids haev to take this piece of shit, causing them to have to spend the whole year studying on just how to pass the test not about real fucking subjects and shit. And if you happen to fail one of the portions of the TAKS (I won't, but if someone does), then you aren't able to graduate till you succesfully complete it and to make sure you won't have a problem you are enrolled in an all year class on TAKS like Math or Science preperation. I love the great state of Texas, but the TAKS is complete bullshit..........
