Simple Plan caught in SimpleScam

3 members of the Canadian pop band 'Simple Plan', namely Pierre Bouvier,Chuck Comeau,Patrick Langlois, are facing a US federal prosecution for piracy of the 'Role Model' clothing band. They have been refused twice by the USPTO in trying to register 'Role Model' as a trademark in 2002 & 2007, plus having their offer in 2005 rejected, by the actual owners of the trademark. Regardless, they still went ahead and pirated the 'Role Model' clothing brand. By shipping across counterfeit clothing from Canada to the USA(illegal exports), they broke US federal law, even after been warned by the owners Role Model Clothing Inc(US).

According to their Wikipedia, Patrick Langlois is their merch guy, videographer, photographer, and webmaster, and has been in almost all of their videos.

True. I've met Patrick, he's a good dude. I used to see Simple Plan play all the time when nobody know who they were, as well as Pierre and Chuck's old band Reset. I remember seeing them for the first time at a festival about a year before No Pads came out, and they were a lot of fun live, but you'd be lucky to have counted 20 people in the crowd.
