TERROR JOINS TRUSTKILL
"One With The Underdogs" August 2004
MADE TOUR: w/ Stretch Armstrong, Btwn The Buried & Me

It's official. Terror is the newest addition to the Trustkill Records
family. The Los Angeles tough-core unit will have their debut full-length "
One With The Underdogs" this August. Recording the album is Paul Miner of
Death By Stereo who has produced albums by Atreyu and Thrice. Family is a
strong
resounding word in the Terror credo. While their music is strong, their bond
with their fans and the hardcore scene is as strong. Family from the hardcore
scene definitely play a part on the upcoming release, including vocal
contributions from Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed), Lord Ezec (Skarhead, Crown of
Thornz) and
Freddie Crichen (Madball). The group's sound brings the crunch and ragged
guitars of early cross-over groups like Agnostic Front and the Cro-Mags but also

present is a primal groove and savage breakdowns that modern hardcore lends.

The result is a band that can tour with hardcore groups like Hatebreed
, Biohazard and Madball but can also hang live with metal groups such as
Killswitch Engage and In Flames. The group includes Todd Jones on guitar
(formerly
of Carry On), Doug Weber on 2nd guitar, Carl Schwartz on bass (formerly of
Sworn Vengance), and Nick Jett on Drums. Commanding the vocal chair is iron
larynxed Scott Vogel who delivers the no-nonsense lyrics that are made to be
shouted back from excited crowds. Trustkill Pres, Josh Grabelle says of the
band
"I've known Scott for over ten years, as the former vocalist for Despair, he
was part of the first Trustkill release that made a dent in the hardcore scene.

Scott's positive spirit and motivation has always been at the forefront of
everything he does. Terror is no exception to that, I love their drive and
energy and how first and foremost they are ready to play anywhere and destroy
crowds each and every night."
As said, Terror's live show is the stuff of what hardcore is about.
Kids crawling over each other to reach the mic and shout a line, circle pits
erupt like dust storms and riot-inducing breakdowns are ever present. In fact
the group has played the motivational soundtrack to a riot when they played an
L.A. rock club who's bouncers abused the kids who paid to get in and then
faced a insurgence from the crowd. Permanently glued to the road, the band
formed
April of 2002, and by July was a full-time touring artist.
In July 2003, Terror's nine song EP "Lowest Of The Low" was released
on Bridge 9 Records. Touring nine months that year, the group has built a
reputation as a must see act. This reputation has secured the band a headlining

slot on the upcoming Made Clothing Tour alongside friends such as Stretch
Armstrong and Between The Buried And Me.

you're an idiot, how would a label like Trustkill ruin a band like Terror? Make some sense. Well fuck, you ARE a TRUE punk fan!
