riot! riot! needs a keys player in los angeles, stat!
we're expanding our sound, and we'd love to add someone creative and dedicated to the band.
we desire someone who:
- has their own keyboard (a keyboard amp, moog, or organ would also be awesome, but not required - we will work together on acquiring/borrowing gear as it becomes necessary)
- has knowledge of or desire to learn sequencing / sampling (again not necessary but at least a desire to learn would be nice)
- wants to tour
- wants to play music along the lines of death cab, bloc party, my morning jacket, radiohead (ish)
- wants to play an equal role in a dedicated band. we practice often, gig often, and are more actively recording. we write songs together, everyone's ideas are taken into consideration, and we have developed our sound together.
- has a sense of humor and an ability to seriously take themselves not so seriously.
so please...any recommendations would be nice. family or friends or some dude you heard about from a friend of a friend. phone numbers/names/emails would be awesome, or just have them call or get in touch with me.
