Seeking out Pretty. Odd. on vinyl

I'm seeking out the deluxe edition of Pretty. Odd. on vinyl by Panic at the Disco. It's supposed to be the vinyl record and it comes with a cd and dvd. I don't care about the cd or the dvd, I just want the vinyl record and the case and I'm trying to find it for less than what Fueled By Ramen has it for ($49.99). If anyone can help me out, that'd be awesome!

I checked Hottopic.com and I got nothing. I work at a Hot Topic and it's not at my store either.
