Technically it would be, but it really is just the third. After Toxicity came out they released b-sides and rare / unreleased songs that didn't make it onto that album or their other ones. That was called "Steal This Album". There were no new songs on it (even though some did get some radio play).

I love their first album. Toxicity got way overplayed and I haven't really listened to it much lately though. This should be good.

dude, their third had a high quality recording and mastering. I liked some of the sogns a hell of a lot more than other songs they had done.

It had high quality recording, because demos of those songs (which weren't ever supposed to be released) were leaked onto the net, so the band didn't want shitty versions of their material floating around so they went ahead and mastered those tracks for an official release.

i tried to like system of a down (as most of my dumbass friends love them) but they just arn't that great

his voice sucks

but i can see why people would like it
