Thought you should know, a band named Skyler (http://www.skylerrock.com) is all over the papers and college radio. It seems these guys have just signed a contract with the infamous Scott Weiland of Velvet Revolver. Scott plans on taking the boys under his wing and shopping them to the big boys(RCA). He just happened to hear their demo on his producers car CD player and liked what he heard. He asked for a burned copy and took it on the road with him. When he returned, he called his producer and told him to track the boys down!

Scott Weiland isnt famous for being in Velvet Revolver. He was the frontman of the Stone Temple Pilots who were huge. I miss them. How can you not know that?
