Poison the Well are writing for the follow up to last year's You Come Before You and have enlisted Pelle Henricsson and Eskil Lovstrom to produce again. They intend to have their third full length out by early 2005.

I think You Come Before You is absolutely terrible. Excluding the lyrics, this album was one of the biggest disappointments of 2003 for me. If I wanted to listen to Deftones, I would listen to Deftones.

It would be their fourth full length, and the icon should be one for Atlantic, seeing as how they are not on Trustkill anymore.

Im a huge fan of Poison the Well and all of their records but i must say my favorite, by far, is their latest. I dont see any Deftones comparision at all. Their new record im sure will be among their best. Opinions are opinions take them or leave them.

he probably considers opposite of december to be an EP, since it only had nine songs. man what an awesome album. but you come before you is also an awesome album. i dont kno why some of the fans are ripping on it.

"The Opionated are so Opionated" sorry had to say it, reminded me of the song... But actually there was a point to my post also, I am also in line on the can't wait list, such a good live band too.

Man...I am mucho excited about hearing that. I was just listening to "Tear From the Red" this morning. "You Come Before You" was one of the best albums last year, no doubt. And I got to see them live twice in the span of a month opening for Thrice and then Thursday. O boy....I'm as giddy as a schoolgirl.

No, he isn't considering "Opposite of December" an EP, no one does...he just doesn't know apparently. That was obviously an LP (Distance Makes the Heart Grow is an EP), and their best record as well. This will be interesting. You Come Before You wasn't their best stuff, but it was their second best record, and hopefully they can come back with a little more intensity.
