Are people really this stupid?

My friend's grandpa was telling us how Obama is planted by Osama Bin Ladin. He was telling us how in 2002 Bin Ladin Told Bush, "we are done with bombings, etc., and will attack from within." His Grandpa thinks "from within" is obama.

According to him, it will come in series. First, he will start taking away privlages, then he'll brainwash us into islam, and he will make children take islam in school.

I don't know if any of y'all saw this on TV... I don't know what station it was on. Some news station interviewed some people from the south. One [life long democrat] lady said that she didn't like the candidate (Obama) because she "thinks he's a Muslim." Another guy said that the last black guy he saw asking for change had a cup in his hand.

It was obviously the funniest news story ever.

I'm in no way saying Obama is a terrorist, but the fact that he started his political campaign in 1997 has little to do with whether or not he was planted over here for purposes related to terrorism. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
