Very excited for this. Fincher's a genius, he's reunited with Brad Pitt, and it's based on an F. Scott Fitzgerald short story? How can this not be awesome?

It doesn't have a rating right now, but that's what they're projecting it to be.

I love that after the critical success of NCFOM and TWWB prompted so much media questioning of mainstream movies reaching Oscar status, so far two summer blockbusters (Wall-E and The Dark Knight) are frontrunners for multiple nominations at this time. And I wouldn't be surprised to see an Apatow picture nominated for a Best Original Screenplay, either.

I think it's possible. But what about The Road? I bought the book and will read it soon.
I wasn't very fond of Cormac McCarthy's writing style. It was a good book though.
