my first poem(when i was 11-ish?)

i wrote this when my best friend moved when i was 11.i got her this as a farewell present.
she found it yesterday and e-mailed it to me.well,its not good.but yeah.

today my bestest pal is going away
im really sad and i really wish she could stay
if she could i promise i'll play swings with her evryday
i'll give her lyla
as long as she'll stay

i knoaw i still have sid and fey
but we know nothing will ever be the same
its no fun without you here making up games
or messing up with our names
nothing here will be as fun

if i could tape you i would
but mom said that i couldnt
if i do
aunty anne will miss you

we wanted to call you everyday
but our moms said that its going to be expensive since youre going
so far away
thats why we're going to save some money to call you on your birthdays


today a part of me is going away
i wanted to write about how much im going to miss you
but i cant find the right words to say
dont forget us
dont forget me
cause wherever you are you'll always be my bestie
