Punkrockvids.com (http://www.punkrockvids.com) posted the Blink-182 performance of Down live on the Letterman show from last night.

I was kind of disapointed by their performance. The variation of the live version of the song sounded cool, but Mark totally lacked energy and Tom seemed a bit off, there is no denying that. Travis was most definately on. Can't wait to see what others have to say this.

When I opened my main page, there was no news there, just the title and an empty white box, but the rest of the submissions showed up. I couldn't read it until I opened the replies. It works now though, weird.

I would agree with Mark lacking energy, he wasn't as enthusiastic (spelling?) as he normally is. Then for Tom I thought he was pretty much on except for one part i noticed he fell behind. Finally Travis was great as always so I thought it was just an ok or good performance. Nothing great.

Does Travis still have a cast on his right foot because you can see him playing a double bass and he is using his left foot as the main foot to hit the bass drum.

what do you expect? blink is not a really good live band. they are more of a studio band. Travis is the only cool thing about their live shows. it's awesome watching him play.

I've seen them live a few times and I will have to defend that they, for the most part, are a good live act. After having the pleasure of seeing them at a small venue (House of Blues, Chicago) on that Dollar Bill Tour I was assured of that. Not the best live act I've seen, but still good.
