I couldn't have said it better. I am an avid listener of Incubus too. But RHCP takes the cake.

Morning View is by far the best Incubus album. Californication was a solid album and among the best Chili Peppers albums, but Morning View is still one of my favorite rock albums...

ehh. as much as i like the chili peppers, in this case morning view is better. i just am tired of the lazy guitar riffs and nonsynsical lyrics of rhcp. I want something fresh. all their songs on that album begin to sound the same and that is not the case with morning view. now if i had to choose between bands it would be the peppers but between these two albums, morning view ftw.

Also, you have absolutely no taste in music if you say theyre pieces of shit. Pieces of shit don't make it on the list of "greatest alternative albums of all time"

I know I should pay homage to RHCP, but I've always loved Incubus with a fiery passion and Morning View is a beautiful album.

I'm surprised how close this is. Vote goes to Californication for staying power. We will be hearing songs from this album on classic rock stations thirty years from now.

I'm also surprised that the vote is so close. I voted Incubus.

RHCP has staying power, but Incubus would have it if people had better taste.
