The Cure (http://www.thecure.com/) is kicking off a sweet tour this summer. The Curiosa Tour features Interpol, The Rapture, Mogwai, and none other than The Cure on the main stage. The second stage (which blows me away) features Muse, Cooper Temple Clause, Melissa Auf Der Maur, Cursive, Head Automatica, and Thursday. whats funny is for the atlatna date, warped tour is the day before at the same venue. i plan on going to both of these shows. i'm gonna get my ass destroyed by heat and other assorted atrocities.

it's almost like a traveling coachella, sans radiohead and the pixies. ok, fine, maybe not the same...

Thursday and Cursive are good buddies. They've toured a couple times, so thats not a surprise. Its a pretty diverse lineup, I figure the Cure just saw Thursday as top of the ball game for whatever their genre is.
