New bands.

Hey all, I've been a lurker on this site for quite some time and decided to finally join up.

I've been looking for a new band to get into, but havn't had much luck with some of the ones I've tried. Was hoping maybe some of you guys could recommend one. I'm looking for something in the same vein as Alkaline Trio, Bayside, Say Anything, Brand New, etc.

I also enjoy some more chill music along the lines of Ben Harper, Decemberists, Death Cab for Cutie, The Shins, etc...so if you have a recommendation along those lines I'd also like to hear it.

And now that I think about it, if you have any good bands that are a little harder I'll take that as well...I like old Avenged Sevenfold, Killswitch Engage, From Autumn to Ashes, Underoath, etc.

If you're curious about going back to the roots of all the bands you like, you should check out the Germs. I started listening to them a lot more lately since their movie (What We Do Is Secret) is coming out in August.
