Both are amazing albums, but Stay What You Are takes the cake. Through Being Cool is better than both though.

Stay What You Are is my fav STD record by far. It is really quality.

But Say Anything is whole different level for me... especially ...IARB.

SWYA. Saves the Day is one of the biggest influences on Bemis, musically. He would probably vote for SWYA over his own album.

They're related in the fact that if there was no SWYA, there would be no IARB. And they're also 2 of the best albums of our decade.

This is an unfair poll. But I had VIP passes to a Say Anything concert, so Ihave to go with "Is A Real Boy...". Sorry to Saves the Day, i love them.

That was a HARD DECISION to make...

I went with ...Is A Real Boy because I listen to it more than SWYA, but SWYA is amazing. Honestly, on a different day I might've gone with SWYA.

Stay What You Are will always hold a place in my heart, ....is a real boy is a classic album as well but I only started liking Say Anything 3 years ago, I've loved Saves the Day a good 8 years now.

And for that reason, SWYA is a better album? It makes no difference that Saves The Day are a Say Anything influence, this poll is comparing the albums, not the history.

I voted for ...IARB because its one of my favourite albums.

If Say Anything Wins, It Will Be Because Of The Age Of The People On This Site Now, 5 Years Ago Stay What You Are And Saves The Day Were The Biggest Thing Aroundand To Still Only Be 12 Votes Short Considering That It Came Out 7 Years Ago And Most Of The Fans Are Now In Their Mid 20s And Dont Come On Here Much If At All

Say Anything goes right over my head, i don't really get it.
Saves the day Album is better, but i agree with Seraph, that Through being cool is the best Saves the Day album.

Amen. Max's songwriting is complex and intricate; Chris' is straightforward, albeit a cut above a lot of the other straightforward stuff out there.
