Legal Drinking Age in Winnipeg Canada ?

so i was thinking of taking a trip out to winnipeg canada and was just curious as to the legal drinking age out there.

ive gotten answers from some people saying " 18, but 21 in bars", some have said " 19 ", or whatever.

any ideas ?
