MewithoutYou (http://www.mewithoutyou.com)'s sophomore album, Catch For Us The Foxes, will be released on September 21st. The band is currently spending this week to finish up the record. Also, look out for the band to hit the road with such bands as Noise Ratchet, The Working Title, and Blindside in the very near future.

If you’ve had a chance to catch mewithoutYou on any one of the hundreds of tour dates since the release of their debut album, “[A-->B] LIFE” in the summer of 2002, chances are you’ve already been wowed by these five Philadelphia natives. Their live show is one of the most energetic, destructive, and exhausting of nearly any band in the scene today, complete with a flailing lead singer, crushed floral blossoms strewn about the stage, and some of the most innovative artistry to be shown to typically unchallenged audiences. The biggest question on fans’ minds has been how a follow-up will fair to such a dynamic debut album.
Now the questions are one step closer to being answered. This week, mewithoutYou wrap up work on their sophomore release, tentatively titled, “Catch For Us the Foxes,” and scheduled to release this September 21st. With the brilliance of Brad Wood (Fire Theft, Smashing Pumpkins, Pete Yorn) on their side, the band looks back on their last four weeks in his Los Angeles studio with nostalgia and to their future with optimism.
“Working with Brad Wood has led me to believe I live a charmed life: relaxed atmosphere, nice home, great family, we had it all being out here,” explains drummer Rickie Mazzotta. “We will be out the rest of the summer and fall trying to get people excited for September 21st...Long live mewithoutYou!”
Those dates in support of the upcoming release will have mewithoutYou on tour with bands like Noise Ratchet, The Working Title, and this fall with Blindside.
This is my most anticipated album ever. It will have to be a huge dissapointment not to be my album of the year. MewithoutYou is the most underrated band in any scene today, and I'm looking forward to seeing them twice in the next month.
