I love the EP and am excited to hear their full length which should be out hopefully sometime next year or sooner. The Dear Hunter tour with Lydia and YMAEWK is coming like 2+ hours away from here on a weeknight, so needless to say I'm a little pissed I won't be seeing it but I've already seen everyone except Lydia live.

While I love So Young And Insane, I must agree that PFTGAS is superior. Do It Again and Carolina Heat, as well as the rest of the EP is insanely catchy and infectiously fun to listen to. However, YMAEWK is amazing overall, either EP is awesome. haha

I saw them the last day they played Warped in Chicago. They crowd was one of the best crowds ever everybody was just singing and dancing and just having a good time. They were so good live and such a fun band to watch perform! I can't wait for them to release their full length!

In terms of creativity, Razia's is no doubt a fantastic album. But I like Wonderland better. I found Razia's to have little staying power, gets repetitive on repeat listens.

Carolina Heat has the best lyrics on that EP, followed by Livin' Th Dream. i wouldn't call either of them amazing though.

i think it's obvious that they really improved their song writing on So Young, So Insane. the lyrics are a lot stronger, the hooks are even catchier, and the songs stand out from one another a lot more than they do on PFTGAS. both EP's are really fun, but their second one just has a lot more substance to it imo.

Just listened to the new version of Livin Th Dream... it's not bad, but I thought the first version was basically perfect. Plus, I liked that the first chorus in the original version didn't have any singing - it built a lot of anticipation for when the second chorus finally hit.

Also, nice "fuck you" to Richard Reines on the first track.

Seconded! Cody Payne from The Dangerous Summer designs merch, and YMAEWK hired him to design/manufacture/distribute a limited edition release of 100 t-shirts to coincide with the release of "So Young, So Insane". Long story short, the shirts sold out in a preorder & everything was paid for, but he never sent out most of them out. Some people did get theirs, but a ton of fans were sending YMAEWK emails saying that they paid & never got their shipment. He seems to think it's funny. Not the type of guy I'd want to spend time with.

album finally began to grow on me. Not their best, and the quality wasn't as high as I was used to, but I've been playing it for the past few days and digging it. Moon, Roll Me Away is a great closer and different for ethem, I like it alot. Pretty good album.
