I guess it doesn't matter cause they are shit and the movie sucks but I guess you can say Sell-outs. Don't get me wrong I would sell out if I had a band, the point of having a band is to make music and get paid for it, not ot please a few kids.

A crappy band for a crappy movie, they kind of go hand in hand. looks like the movie-whore torch has been passed on by Simple Plan to Allister.

Although I may not enjoy their music, I respect bands like Allister and Homegrown because they've been kicking along in the scene for so long and are practically veterans of Drive Thru Records.

They have been around since the dawn of pop punk, back in the year 2000. Glorious times they were.

Saying that Allister sold out is like saying that N'Sync sells out. They sold out when they singed the DTR contract, not when they did a crappy movie. Bands like this and Simple Plan are robots designed for nothing more than commercial backdrop music to fit the trend.

i remember that was shot at our school, and while we were standing there watching them film it, the only thing we could think of was "this is the stupidest movie ever."

we stand by our views.

homegrown has been around since the mid 90s you don't know what you are talking about... why would mickey be your hero for making fun of bands he knows nothing about?

My comment was aimed at kids who thought pop punk was started by Drive Thru, not at kids who like Home Grown a lil' too much. Are you in Home Grown? Relax. Remove stick from ass, then reply.

no one said pop punk was started by Drive-Thru records. if someone did say that then ya that would be a little sad. pop punk isnt a thing. its just a label

I know I'm bumping this, but whatever. I saw a 2 min feature on the movie and it said they stole their parent's car. They aren't 16, they're like 11. Or at least the look/act like it. Very sad.
