I'm pretty sure he doesn't claim to not smoke pot. Just that he's not a huge ol druggie like everyone thinks he is. A friend of mine smoked weed with him a few years ago. Some people don't consider weed a drug. :shrug:

You may. I an very picky when it comes to music videos, and this one definitey is not my style. This song isn't as good as the other ones on his myspace, and i'm crossing my fingers that every song is not like Dear Child, otherwise it would get old fast in my book.

I knew the right lyric I just mistyped it. I'm sorry about that. And the reference comes from, smoke filling the air (like in a hotbox [smoking weed in an enclosed space so that the smoke cannot escape]) thus making it hard to breathe, but he's getting high so soon he'll be calm and be able to sleep. Thanks.

(However, I am an English major and may just be looking into the lyrics too much trying to make sense of them.)
