Hey everyone, I've been on tour for a few days now with the dudes in Race The Sun, and now we have a day off for the fourth of July. I'm staying with Josh in Richmond right now and we leave of the 5th for and head to Georgia. We're going to get wasted, and it will be awesome ..
When I load the van with equipment, the two records that make me feel like I could lift the bass cabinent with my pinky finger are Every Time I Die's Hot Damn! and Emanuel's Soundtrack To A Headrush records.
Other bands that I have constantly spinning are: Goodbye Tomorrow (www.purevolume.com/goodbyetomorrow) .thedecember drive (www.purevolme.com/thedecemberdrive) Minus The Bear's Highly Refined Pirates record is amazing, Q and not U's Different Damage, Darkest Hour, Recover's new record needs to come with a FREEEEE DANCE FLOOR!!!!! Muse, Snapcase, Since By Man, Name Taken (so great, love those dudes).
Tonight we watched SCHOOL OF ROCK .. Best Of Will Ferrel, Every Time I Die's dvd a bunch because Andy is fucking hilarious, and he makes fun of CRATE amps on it; something only a guitarist would understand but (it's a shitty amp, so u should get it) ... and the Tenacious D dvd. Oh, and I got a tattoo of a Cheez-It on my arm. I'm excited. BYE .. I'll try to keep you updated. My friend Rob Dobi did some recommendations, and he listens to some great stuff, check out all the bands, and then listen to some Bon Jovi. Werd, love WARK.

hello everyone, i'm not going to recommend the same bands everyone does each week, nor the same ones that get news postings every other day, that'd be plain silly.
first aid kit - dudes from CT who will be turning heads soon while on a few weeks of the finch / recover tour. they have a new ep "forgot id"coming out on said sew recordings.

small brown bike - how these guys went under the radar of so many is beyond me. "dead reckoning" is one of the most honest albums i have ever heard.* see you in hell!
http://www.smallbrownbike.com/
sex positions - their self titled release is the best hardcore record of the year.* good luck finding them on google.
http://www.sexpos.net/
american football - they wrote the best summer songs i've ever heard, although emf's "unbelievable" comes close.* make sure you check out the latest owen ep as well as it is the best stuff kinsella has done since the american football days.

big d and the kids table - these guys have been around since 95, most people reading this weren't even alive then!* in the seven years i've been going to their shows, i've never witnessed them perform in front of more than 200 people, yet they put the same insane live show on for 20 people.

if only i could list more than five bands, wait, wark said i could...
the one am radio, up up down down, with honor, comeback kid, minus the bear, takaru, the assistant, engine down, on the might of princes, the lawrence arms, a silver mt. zion, explosions in the sky, her space holidayHot Damn!
