View Full Version : should AP.net's sports forum sponsor a baseball reference player page?

thoughts? it could be hilarious and we could all come up with whatever slogan we wanted. it's as cheap as $10 for a year and i'd do it with a few tiny paypal donations. pitch what player you'd want (look to see if it's available on www.baseball-reference.com) and pitch your slogan.

ok, so nobody is checking if these are available first. obviously cole hamels is going to be like $100 and not available anyways.

Here's a list of soon-to-be available (http://www.baseball-reference.com/my/SoonAvailable.shtml) player pages. We should get Joe Blanton's page in Justin's name.
Edit: if you want high-traffic ones, Joba's is coming up.
Here's the newly available name page (http://www.baseball-reference.com/my/NewAvailable.shtml).

new available is a rip, they charge like triple so you can lock them up. popular players are generally at least $40. That's what Brady Anderson's is. haah.

Why don't you just pay $10 a year to support Joey Harrington's page on Pro-Football Reference?
