SOCIAL DISTORTION TO RELEASE FIRST-EVER LIVE DVD
Live In Orange County to be released July 27th via Time Bomb Recordings
New studio album to follow this Fall

For the first time in their extensive 25-year career, punk legends SOCIAL DISTORTION will be releasing a live DVD, Live In Orange County, through
Time Bomb Recordings on July 27, 2004. The highly anticipated DVD is the
first ever full-length concert release from SOCIAL DISTORTION and marks only
the second time that the group has ever been captured live on film. Filmed on January 19, 2003, at the House Of Blues in Anaheim, CA, Live In Orange County features Mike Ness (vocals/guitar), Jonny "2 Bags" Wickersham (guitar), John Maurer (bass), and Charlie Quintana (drums).

"We're really excited about releasing a live DVD. We feel that it captures
everything that a Social D show is all about, pure raw energy. Our fans
will also get a little something extra, two new songs that will be on our
album out later this year, notes Ness.

Recorded at one of their record-breaking 20 sold-out House of Blues shows in
2003, the DVD captures the passion that drives the groups' intensely
energetic live shows. The band coupled their aggressive live show with a set list that bridged volumes of material to create a DVD that is fueled with the emotion and music of their established career.

Live In Orange County spans SOCIAL D's extensive history, taking fans from
Mommy's Little Monster through their last studio album, 1996's White Light,
White Heat, White Trash. It also includes two never before released songs,
"Footprints On My Ceiling" and "I Wasn't Born To Follow" among many other never before seen features. Both songs will also be included on Social
Distortion's forthcoming studio album, due out later this year. The last
full album release for the group was Live at the Roxy in 1998.

I was kinda hoping This Time Darlin would make it on there, but wow, that's still incredible. I will be buying this.
